Basketball Recap: Ashby Takes a Loss

Ashby was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They were beaten by the Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley Wolverines 66-32. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Arrows this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 73-47 back in January.

Ashby's loss dropped their record down to 2-17. As for Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 9-13.

Coming up, Ashby will head out to challenge Battle Lake at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley, they will take on Parkers Prairie at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley is facing Parkers Prairie at the right time seeing as Parkers Prairie is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
