Baseball Recap: Dover-Sherborn Takes a Loss

Dover-Sherborn managed to slip by Norton the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Raiders lost 7-1 to the Lancers on Monday. The Raiders' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Dover-Sherborn saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jackson Shusda, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI.

Dover-Sherborn now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Norton, they pushed their record up to 4-5 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Dover-Sherborn will host Westwood at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Norton, they will welcome Hopkinton at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday. The last three games the Hillers have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
