Mt. Hebron's game last Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Centennial Eagles with a sharp 14-3 win. Considering the Vikings have won five matchups by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Mt. Hebron's victory was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-1. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 17.0 runs over those games. As for Centennial, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season.

Coincidentally, Mt. Hebron and Centennial will both be playing Atholton the next time they take the field. The Eagles will head out to face the Raiders at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, while the Vikings will host them at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
