Upper Scioto Valley entered their tilt with Hardin Northern on Friday with three consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with four. They came out on top against the Hardin Northern Polar Bears by a score of 53-42. The Rams have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Polar Bears, too.

Hardin Northern lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Xander Wilson, who posted 21 points and five boards. That's the most points he has posted since back in December of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Christian Rostorfer, who had 11 points and five rebounds.

Upper Scioto Valley pushed their record up to 13-8 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.0 points over those games. As for Hardin Northern, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-14.

Upper Scioto Valley has already played their next match, a 60-34 loss against Riverdale on the 15th. As for Hardin Northern, they will challenge Minster at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
