Wilder came tearing into Thursday's matchup with 13 straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 17.3 points) and they left with even more momentum. In a tight contest that could have gone either way, they made off with a 41-40 victory over Vision. That's more bragging rights for the Wildcats, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Vision lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Aubrie Parrish, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 13 boards. Parrish has been hot for a while, having posted eight or more rebounds the last 15 times she's played. Raelynn Nickel was another key player, almost dropping a double-double on nine points and nine steals.

Wilder's win was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 16-2. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 22.8 points per game. As for Vision, their loss dropped their record down to 10-9.
