Central entered their tilt with Waurika on Thursday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They put the hurt on the Eagles with a sharp 7-1 win. That's more bragging rights for the Bronchos, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Central's victory bumped their record up to 10-6. As for Waurika, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-12.

Central didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 5-1 defeat against Walters on the 10th. As for Waurika, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against Bray-Doyle at 4:30 p.m.
