Meanwhile, Pelican Rapids fell victim to Alexandria and their airtight defense on Thursday. They fell just short of the Cardinals by a score of 1-0. Pelican Rapids have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Fergus Falls' defeat dropped their record down to 8-7-1. As for Pelican Rapids, their loss dropped their record down to 5-3-2.

Fergus Falls came out on top in a nail-biter against Pelican Rapids in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, sneaking past 4-3. Will the Otters repeat their success, or do the Vikings have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
