Basketball Recap: Seven Straight Home Wins for Muncie Central

While Muncie Central didn't have the best season last year (they finished 2-20), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They snuck past the Clinton Central Bulldogs with a 46-41 victory on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but the Bearcats sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Carly Davison and AnnaMae Metzinger certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Davison dropped a double-double on 16 points and 11 boards, while Metzinger posted six points and five rebounds. Davison's evening made it three games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points.

Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.9 points per game. As for Clinton Central, their loss dropped their record down to 7-4.
