Basketball Game Preview: South Forsyth War Eagles vs. West Forsyth Wolverines

South Forsyth is 1-9 against West Forsyth since February of 2022 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The War Eagles will venture away from home to challenge the Wolverines at 7:30 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

South Forsyth is headed into the contest having just suffered their biggest loss since February 4th on Tuesday. They came up short against Lassiter, falling 71-45. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the War Eagles' biggest loss of the season was also their lowest-scoring.

Meanwhile, West Forsyth lost 85-61 to Cherokee Bluff on Saturday.

West Forsyth's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for South Forsyth, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Things could have been worse for South Forsyth, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 65-46 loss to West Forsyth in their previous matchup back in February. Can the War Eagles avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
