Basketball Recap: Union Takes a Loss

Union was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 62-52 to the Abingdon Falcons, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bears this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 62-52 back in January.

Union's loss dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Abingdon, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 7-10.

Union has already played their next game (against Central Wise), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Abingdon wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 55-36 win against John Battle on the 31st.
