Odessa came tearing into Saturday's game with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14.7 points) and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Lake View Chiefs by a score of 62-51. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bronchos also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.

Odessa's victory bumped their record up to 10-11. As for Lake View, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last nine matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Odessa will take on Snyder at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Odessa has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Lake View, they will venture away from home to challenge Greenwood at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
