Volleyball Recap: Houghton Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Houghton won the last time they faced Randolph and things went their way on Saturday too. The Gremlins came out on top against the Rockets by a score of 2-0. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Gremlins as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Houghton now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Randolph, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Houghton will host Jeffers at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Randolph, they will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Fall River at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. This will be the Rockets' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
