Morgan Winfield made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He struck out seven batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off five hits (and not a single walk). He also tossed no walks, which is notable because Sequoia is 7-1 when he allows at most one walk, but 7-9 otherwise.
