Football Recap: Shawnee Takes Down Holy Name in a Playoff Battle + How To Watch

Shawnee had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They walked away with a 19-10 victory over the Holy Name Green Wave on Friday. Given the Indians' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio football rankings (they are ranked 91st, while the Green Wave are ranked 246th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

The win was the third in a row for Shawnee, bringing their record up to 8-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 14.7 points on average over those games. As for Holy Name, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-5.
