Arianna Miranda Game Report: vs UME Preparatory Academy

On Friday, Newman International Academy got the W thanks in part to Arianna Miranda playing the best basketball she has all season. Miranda wasn't messing around, going 17 for 25 en route to 34 points in addition to six assists and five boards. The game was her eighth straight with 15 or morepoints. That makes it three consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Newman International Academy's points.

Miranda and the Warriors will square off against the Warriors at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Warriors got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Warriors, probably because Miranda had a solid game then too: she dropped a double-double on 18 points and ten rebounds.
