Soccer Game Preview: Ryan vs. Grapevine + How To Watch

Ryan is 0-10 against Grapevine since February of 2021 but things could change on Tuesday. The Raiders will look to defend their home pitch against the Mustangs at 6:30 p.m.

Ryan managed to keep up with Birdville until halftime on Monday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Raiders lost 3-0 to the Hawks. While losing is never fun, Ryan can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 325th, while Birdville are ranked 35th).

Meanwhile, Grapevine kept a clean sheet against Denton on Friday. They came out on top against the Broncos by a score of 2-0. The win continues a trend for Grapevine in their matchups with Denton: they've now won six in a row.

Ryan's loss dropped their record down to 3-5-2. As for Grapevine, their victory bumped their record up to 7-4-2.

Ryan suffered a grim 4-0 defeat to Grapevine in their previous matchup back in February of 2025. Can the Raiders avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
