While losing is never fun, the Pioneers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts football rankings (they are ranked 47th, while the Knights are ranked fourth).

St. John's now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Boston College High, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.

Everything came up roses for Boston College High against St. John's in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 34-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
