Bloom can bid farewell to their six-match losing streak thanks to their match on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Thornridge Falcons by a score of 2-0. This was a revenge game for the Blazing Trojan: when they faced off against the Falcons on September 13th, they had to take a 2-0 defeat.

Bloom easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-12.

Bloom's win bumped their record up to 5-13. As for Thornridge, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-11.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Bloom is set to face off against their familiar foe Thornton at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Thornridge will challenge rival Thornwood at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
