Longview had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 13 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Saturday. It was close, but they capped 2024 with a 32-29 win over the Marshall Mavericks. The 32-point effort marked the Lobos' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Longview has been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-7 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.5 points per game.
