Volleyball Recap: Arvada Turns Things Around After Road Loss + How To Watch

There's no place like home for Arvada, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Lake County Panthers on Friday. For the Bulldogs, this counts as revenge for the 2-0 victory the Panthers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

Arvada had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 16-25, 25-16, 25-15, 25-15.

Lilly Rice paced Arvada's offense, picking up four kills. Rice got some help from Lily Heck and her five assists. Carolina Trevino controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Arvada will face off against Middle Park at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Lake County, they will venture away from home to square off against Bennett at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The last three games the Tigers have played have been within one set, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
