Volleyball Recap: Lander Valley Comes Up Short

Lander Valley lost against Pinedale back in October of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Tigers fell just short of the Wranglers by a score of 3-2. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lander Valley couldn't get the win, but they sure gave Pinedale a tough time in the third set. The final score came out to 20-25, 25-14, 31-29, 23-25, 15-11.

Lander Valley's loss dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Pinedale, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-7-1 record this season.

Coincidentally, Lander Valley and Pinedale will both be playing Mountain View the next time they take the court. The Tigers will host the Buffalos at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Wranglers will host them at 2:00 p.m. on Friday.
