Softball Recap: Absegami Victorious

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Ocean City, Absegami was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They came out on top against Atlantic County Institute of Tech by a score of 9-5. The win continues a trend for the Braves in their matchups with Atlantic County Institute of Tech: they've now won three in a row.

Kali Jorgensen was incredible, going 2-for-4 with two runs, two doubles, and two RBI.

Absegami's victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Atlantic County Institute of Tech, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-5.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Absegami is set to challenge their familiar foe Buena at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Atlantic County Institute of Tech will take on rival Hammonton at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
