Recap: Los Altos Eagles vs. Woodside Wildcats
The Los Altos Eagles entered their tilt with the Woodside Wildcats with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Los Altos took their game at home on Friday with ease, bagging a 35-7 victory over Woodside. With Los Altos ahead 28-7 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Los Altos to victory, but perhaps none more so than Maxime Morelle, who rushed for 84 yards and three touchdowns. Noah Beedon was another key contributor, throwing for 209 yards and two touchdowns on only 13 passes.
Los Altos has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-4 record this season. As for Woodside, their loss dropped their record down to 6-4.
Los Altos will be playing at home against Mountain View at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Mountain View is coming into the game on a four-game losing streak. As for Woodside, they will head out on the road to face off against Milpitas at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in California (Milpitas is ranked 482nd, while Woodside is ranked 506th).
