Dodson has no trouble against Downsville

The Dodson Panthers had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They took down Downsville 47-28 on Friday. That looming 47-28 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Dodson yet this season.
Despite the loss, Downsville still got an impressive performance from Nathan Wolfe, who scored 14 points along with five rebounds and four steals. Those five rebounds set a new season-high mark for him.
Dodson's victory ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-9. As for Downsville, they bumped their record down to 0-12 with that loss, which was their 19th straight at home dating back to last season.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Dodson will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on LaSalle at 6:00 p.m. on January 18, 2024. Downsville will be home for the holidays to greet D'Arbonne Woods at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. D'Arbonne Woods is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak.
