Volleyball Recap: King Academy Comes Up Short

King Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Community Christian Academy Ambassadors. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Ambassadors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-15, 25-10.

Community Christian Academy can attribute much of their success to Grace Jang, who had seven digs and six aces. Those six aces gave Jang a new career-high.

King Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Community Christian Academy, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 16-3.

Looking ahead, King Academy will take on Greenwood Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Community Christian Academy, they will be playing at home against Orangeburg Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
