Volleyball Recap: Liberty Christian Academy Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Win

Liberty Christian Academy posted their closest win since September 11th on Monday. They had just enough and edged out the Fairfield Christian Academy Knights 3-2. This was a revenge game for the Eagles: when they faced off against the Knights back in August, they had to take a 3-1 defeat.

If you add up the scores from across all five sets (104-100) Liberty Christian Academy actually scored fewer points, but in the end it didn't matter. The match finished with set scores of 16-25, 29-27, 15-25, 25-20, 15-7.

When it comes to explaining why Fairfield Christian Academy lost, don't look at Candice Welsh. Despite the final result, she had eight assists and seven digs.
