Williamstown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 24th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 49-39 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cornerstone Christian Academy Bulldogs. One positive for the Demons, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Cornerstone Christian Academy found their leader in freshman Abby Brothers, who dropped a double-double with 25 points and 26 rebounds. Brothers' evening made it four games in a row in which she has scored at least 15 points. Another player making a difference was Lily Hobbs, who posted three points and five boards.

Williamstown's defeat dropped their record down to 0-16. As for Cornerstone Christian Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 5-14.

Williamstown has already played their next match (against Gallatin County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Cornerstone Christian Academy, they will host Henry County at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
