Volleyball Recap: Juneau-Douglas Takes a Loss

Juneau-Douglas lost against Dimond back in October of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Crimson Bears took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lynx. The Crimson Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Juneau-Douglas' loss dropped their record down to 19-15-6. As for Dimond, they are on a roll lately: they've won 21 of their last 24 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-9-1 record this season.

Juneau-Douglas wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 1-1 draw against Mountain City Christian Academy on the 24th. As for Dimond, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Barrow on the 24th.
