Basketball Recap: Everman's Loss Ends Three-Game Winning Streak at Home

After flying high against Eastern Hills last Friday, Everman came back down to earth. The Everman Bulldogs fell 55-46 to the Joshua Owls on Tuesday. If the Bulldogs were looking for revenge after losing 54-52 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Everman's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-5. As for Joshua, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-8.

Everman will challenge Mansfield Summit at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Joshua, they will host Burleson at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. Joshua is facing Burleson at the right time seeing as Burleson is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
