Conestoga Valley and Manheim Central are an even 3-3 against one another since May of 2015, but likely not for long. The Buckskins will challenge the Barons at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Conestoga Valley has given up an average of 7.6 runs per game this season, but Wednesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Lampeter-Strasburg hit Conestoga Valley with a four-run seventh inning on Wednesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Buckskins came up short against the Pioneers, falling 12-2. Having soared to a lofty 13 runs in the game before, the Buckskins couldn't push the score so high this time.

Conestoga Valley saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Julia Rhoads, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI.

The home team had come away the winner the last four times Manheim Central and Donegal had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Barons lost 10-0 to the Indians on Monday. The shutout was out of character for the Barons seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in March.

Manheim Central's defeat dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Conestoga Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 6-9.
