Volleyball Recap: Stroudsburg Wins Going Away Against Palmerton

Stroudsburg barely beat Palmerton the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Mountaineers put the hurt on the Blue Bombers with a sharp 3-0 victory on Friday. That's more bragging rights for the Mountaineers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-19, 25-3.

Stroudsburg can attribute much of their success to Olivia Full, who had eight digs and two aces.

The win got Stroudsburg back to even at 2-2. As for Palmerton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-2.

Coming up, Stroudsburg will challenge East Stroudsburg South at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Palmerton, they will take on Saucon Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
