Basketball Recap: Antigo Gets the Win

Antigo's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They had just enough and edged the Ripon Tigers out 40-37. Given the Red Robins' advantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 140th, while the Tigers are ranked 403rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Antigo's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-3. As for Ripon, their defeat was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-10.
