Basketball Recap: Pontiac Takes a Loss

Pontiac was the 61-48 winner over Royal Oak when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Pontiac Phoenix fell 51-43 to the Royal Oak Ravens on Wednesday.

Pontiac's defeat dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Royal Oak, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-8.

Looking ahead, Pontiac will take on Lutheran North in a tournament on Monday. As for Royal Oak, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 48-36 loss against Romeo on the 20th.
