Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Northwest). They blew past the Manchester Panthers, posting a 60-26 win. While the Indians didn't have the best season last year (they finished 9-14), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

The victory (which was Northwest's third in a row) raised their record to 4-1. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 22.3 points per game. As for Manchester, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Northwest will venture away from home to challenge Alliance at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Northwest is facing Alliance at the right time seeing as Alliance is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Manchester, they will head out on the road to square off against Barberton at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
