Football Recap: Justin-Siena Takes a Loss

Justin-Siena was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 28-7 to the Pinole Valley Spartans. If the Braves were looking for revenge after losing 7-0 to the Spartans when the teams met back in November of 2022, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Justin-Siena's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Pinole Valley, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Justin-Siena will welcome Tamalpais at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Pinole Valley, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Oakland Tech at 7:00 p.m. on October 3.
