Basketball Game Preview: Imagine School at North Port Sharks vs. Neumann Celtics

The Imagine School at North Port Sharks will take on the Neumann Celtics at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. Imagine School at North Port is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 55.9 points per game this season.

Last Saturday, Imagine School at North Port ended up a good deal behind Parrish Community and lost 67-49.

Despite the loss, Imagine School at North Port saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Zahmir Jackson went 10 of 17 on his way to 25 points. The game was Jackson's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jordan Kirkus, who posted nine points and five assists.

Meanwhile, Neumann can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Monday. They slipped by Ferguson 67-66.

Imagine School at North Port's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Neumann, they now have a winning record of 7-6.
