Baseball Recap: Cornerstone Charter Academy Takes a Loss

Cornerstone Charter Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 4-3 heartbreaker at the hands of the Lake Buena Vista Vipers. If the Ducks were looking for revenge after losing 7-5 to the Vipers when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Cornerstone Charter Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Lake Buena Vista, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-8 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cornerstone Charter Academy will welcome Four Corners at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
