Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Clarke County walked away with it. They claimed a resounding 94-32 victory over the Page County Panthers. The Eagles' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Clarke County has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 16 of their last 17 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.8 points over those games. Page County's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-18.

Looking ahead, it'll be a Battle of the Birds when the Eagles take on the Falcons on Friday. One thing working in Clarke County's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last six matchups. Page County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
