Peebles scored the most points they've had this season on Thursday, but it wasn't enough. They took a 59-55 hit to the loss column at the hands of the West Union Dragons. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

West Union found their leader in sophomore Annabelle Mcintosh, who went 7 for 13 en route to 19 points. Mcintosh is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last four games she's played. Another player making a difference was Madison Stout, who almost dropped a double-double on 13 points and nine rebounds.

Peebles' loss dropped their record down to 3-13. As for West Union, the win got them back to even at 7-7.

Peebles wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 52-41 victory against Chillicothe on the 25th. West Union has also already played their next game, a 57-18 win against East on the 25th.
