Baseball Recap: Wadley Comes Up Short

After soaring to 12 runs the game before, Wadley was a bit more limited in their matchup on Tuesday. They fell 5-1 to the Woodland Bobcats. The game marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Logan Murr made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole three bases while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances.

Wadley now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Woodland, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Coming up, Wadley will face off against Mt. Zion at 4:30 p.m. on March 4th. As for Woodland, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Bobcats take on the Tigers at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
