Softball Recap: Fayetteville-Perry Rockets vs. Eastern Warriors

Fayetteville-Perry won the last time they faced Eastern and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Rockets walked away with a 5-2 victory over the Warriors. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Rockets.

Lydia Jordan spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned runs on five hits and racked up seven Ks.

At the plate, Lilly Carlier was excellent, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-4. That stolen base was her first of the season. Ryley Kleemeyer was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two RBI and one double.
