Volleyball Recap: Chrisman Wins Going Away Against Grandview

Chrisman's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. Everything went their way against the Grandview Bulldogs as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Bears were shut out 3-0 the last time they took on the Bulldogs, so the Bears were just returning the favor.

Chrisman was especially dominant in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-5, 25-19, 25-17.

Ava Atagi paced Chrisman's offense, picking up seven kills. Atagi got some help from Jazelle David and her 20 assists. Bailey Foster controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Chrisman now has a winning record of 6-5-1.

Coming up, Chrisman will face off against Platte County at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Grandview, they will take on Winnetonka at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
