It may have taken ten innings to finish the job, but Twin Falls ultimately got the result they hoped for on Friday. They skirted past the Burley Bobcats 4-3. The win was nothing new for the Bruins as they're now sitting on eight straight.

Maddox Stadelmeir was a major factor no matter where he played. He struck out seven batters over eight innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits (and only one walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in four consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with one run.

Stadelmeir wasn't the only one making solid contact as six players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Jordan BIngham, who got on base in four of his five plate appearances with one run and one RBI.

Twin Falls' record is now 17-4. As for Burley, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-5.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Twin Falls beat the Bobcats by a score of 10-6 later that day.
