Basketball Recap: Tompkins Comes Up Short

Tompkins lost against Seven Lakes back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Tompkins Falcons fell 60-51 to the Seven Lakes Spartans. While losing is never fun, the Falcons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 365th, while the Spartans are ranked 22nd).

Tompkins has traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-18 record this season. As for Seven Lakes, the win (which was their 13th in a row) raised their record to 27-5.
