Soccer Recap: Simi Valley's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Westlake, Simi Valley was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the Chaminade Eagles by a score of 3-1. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Pioneers as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

Cameron Cox and Owen Yoon scored all three of Simi Valley's goals, bringing their combined season tally to five goals.

Simi Valley's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-4. As for Chaminade, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

Simi Valley will take on Kennedy in a holiday battle at 6:00 p.m. on Monday at. As for Chaminade, they will be home for the holidays to greet Westlake at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
