Baseball Recap: Quitman Comes Up Short

Quitman fell victim to Riverside Academy and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They lost 10-0 to the Rebels. The Wolverines have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Quitman's defeat dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Riverside Academy, their win was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Quitman will face off against Beekman Charter at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Riverside Academy, they will challenge Newman at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
