Tucson High Magnet School came tearing into Thursday's match with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They never let the Flowing Wells Caballeros get on the board and left with a 6-0 victory. That six run margin sets a new team best for the Badgers this season.

Antonio Trejo tossed a big game, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out nine over five innings pitched.

At the plate, Tucson High Magnet School saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Gennaro Brito, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base and one RBI. That RBI was Brito's first of the season. Another was Juan Hernandez, who scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in two of his four plate appearances.

The win got Tucson High Magnet School back to even at 6-6. As for Flowing Wells, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-7-1 record this season.

Tucson High Magnet School wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 4-3 victory against Eagle on the 21st. As for Flowing Wells, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 9-8 loss against Pusch Ridge Christian Academy on the 21st.
