Volleyball Recap: Arrowhead Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Arrowhead entered their tilt with Waukesha North on Saturday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Northstars by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Warhawks, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Arrowhead never let Waukesha North on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-23.

Addie Merck paced Arrowhead's offense, picking up eight kills. Merck got some help from Taylor Wold and her 17 assists.

Arrowhead's victory bumped their record up to 24-13. As for Waukesha North, with the defeat, they broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 16-16.

Coincidentally, Arrowhead and Waukesha North will both be playing West Bend East the next time they take the court. The Northstars will head out to face the Suns at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Warhawks will play them later in the day, at 11:00 a.m.
