Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Loris). Their defense stepped up to hand the Silver Bluff Bulldogs an 8-0 shutout on Tuesday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Loris considering their one-goal performance the matchup before.

Their offense was hitting Silver Bluff from everywhere, as seven different players booted in a goal. Giselle Munoz led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

The win made it two in a row for Loris and bumps their season record up to 9-7. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored nine goals over those two games. As for Silver Bluff, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-9.

As of now, neither Loris nor the Bulldogs have any future games scheduled.
