On Friday, the ALA - West Foothills Guardians took their match with ease, bagging a 62-12 victory over the Chino Valley Cougars. The Guardians have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five contests by 28 points or more this season.

Izabella Juarez was her usual excellent self, almost dropping a triple-double on 27 points, nine rebounds, and 11 steals. That makes it five consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of ALA - West Foothills' points. Marley Mcclanahan was another key player, putting up nine points along with six rebounds and six steals.

The win made it two in a row for ALA - West Foothills and bumps their season record up to 5-6. As for Chino Valley, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-8 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. ALA - West Foothills will take on Highland Prep at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Chino Valley, they will face off against River Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
